We firmly believe that as a club we have the ethos and training structure, for players to flourish and to develop into the best players they can become at the Club.

For the 2018/19 season our Under 8 Cobras, managed by TJ and Adam, have perhaps symbolised the strides that we have taken as a club.
With just a squad of six they embarked on their second league campaign, losing just one game along the way in the Surrey Youth League. The quality of football played by these young lads, was well beyond their years.
Many of the boys have been training at the Club since they were five years old and arguably for their age, they are the most talented team that they we as a club have produced.
With this type of form, understandably it gets noticed by the scouts, who attend KHL on a regular basis these days.
Through the early days, where, with Ultimate Coaching taking our sessions, where ball mastery was paramount, these boys developed at a rate of knots.

This unfortunately means that this team will be no more next season, as Matthew and Daniel have been signed by Brighton, Mason by Fulham and Leo by QPR.
Whilst it's sad that we lose a whole team, this just cements our ethos, in that we want to provide an environment where players can flourish and fulfill their full potential. In turn certain pathways can open up for some players within the club.
So, we see it as we've done our job!
